    After 3 years of operating in a temporary facility Grubbs Volvo Cars of Grapevine is moving into our completed Dealership in Grapevine. Built from the ground up our new dealership will offer Volvo customers a clean and modern facility to purchase and service Volvo Cars. With the addition of Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine, our campus of dealerships now offers 22 acres for new and pre-owned inventory, 3 large cutting edge service centers, and 3 large new car showrooms.

    The Grubbs Family of Dealerships has offered exceptional services to our customers in the Dallas, Fort Worth area for over 74 years. From the start back in 1948, we have been committed to treating customers like family - offering transparency, trust and dependability.                           August 2022 Update:

                          The curtain wall and store front frame have been installed waiting next for the front glass paneled. Inside the dealerships drywall is almost done with the ceiling coming next. Finish work has started as we head down the home stretch to completing the new Volvo Dealership in Grapevine.

                                April 2022 Update:

                                With the roof and exterior of the building dry-in almost complete the team has been able to work on the interior framing, ductwork, and sheetrock installation. With the framing going in the final shape of our dealership is coming together. The Grubbs Volvo team is looking forward to moving in this Summer.

                                        Volvo Building Is Taking Shape

                                        As we push forward to open this summer our build has taken shape and is now starting to look like a dealership. The concrete work has been completed along with most of the CMU block installation. The Steel frame is also almost done with work on the roof starting next.

                                                Steel Frame and Supporting Columns:

                                                The steel frame of the Dealership is taking shape as the supporting columns and beams are going in. You can see the steel joists over what the New Volvo Showroom will be being places this week. We are on track to move into our new home this summer.

                                                        The parking lot of concrete is on the way to being complete along with the main slab of the Volvo building. Once both are finished the building will began to go vertical. We are on track to move into the new building this Summer!

                                                                Parking has been completed across the West fire line and prep to continue pouring around the south end of the site is ongoing. The first of two slab pours was completed with work on the second starting next. The foot print of the New dealership is taking shape.

                                                                        Grubbs Volvo Cars in Grapevine Excavation for New Volvo Building.

                                                                        Fort Construction and VLK Architect are hard at working with the excavation of the future site of Grubbs Volvo Cars in Grapevine. After clearing the land and leveling the next part of the project is utility installation, the building slab and foundation piers. The building will quickly take shape over the next few months.
